6月にオープンしますよ～と記事にしていた、旭川ラーメンとっかり茨木店。
【旭川ラーメン「とっかり」6月19日にオープンしまーす！】の記事をアップしたところ、フェイスブックにも「正雀にある『とっかり』ですか？」とコメントをいただきました。
ラーメン通の方には良く知られたお店「旭川ラーメンとっかり」の4店舗目だそうです。
とっかりの創業は1970年（昭和45年）、万博の年。「万博開幕の1週間前にオープンしたみたいですよ」とのことですから、えーっと、東京五輪のときに50年ってことだ…！
とっかりへ入店したのは、ランチのピークを過ぎた遅めの時間。
昼営業は14時半までというのが、ありがたい～。
以前、店のオープン前に伺ったときに店内を見せていただいていたので、メニューの種類や、食券を買うシステムだということはチェック済み。おかげで、入ってすぐに右向け右で、スマートに食券をゲット。
…のはずが、やっぱり迷いました。「復刻」と「復刻じゃないほう」のラーメンは、何が違うんでしょう。
「復刻のラーメンほうが、コクがある感じですね」と大将。
コクがある…かぁ、と考えている私の背中に「復刻のほうが、ややカロリー高めかな」と一言。
「醤油ラーメン」をお願いしました。えぇ、復刻じゃないほうのやつです。
かえしから作るスープと、製麺メーカーも注目する自家製麺
「熱いですよ、お気をつけて」と置いてくださった「醤油ラーメン」は、スープの色が、濃いッ。
最近、醤油ラーメンを食べる機会が減ってきていたので「あれ？醤油ラーメンって、こんなにスープの色、濃かったっけ」と思ってしまいました。
辛いのかなぁ…と思いながら、スープを一口いただくと、あれまぁ、なんともまろやか。
「塩（ラーメン）は安定感があるけど、醤油（ラーメン）の味はムズカシイ。『かえし』から作ってるから」とのこと。そうかぁ、ご苦労があるんだなぁと思いながらいただくスープはマイルドで、ちゃんとコクもあってオイシカッタなぁ。
こだわりの麺は、「太麺と言ったら、まあ太麺なんですけど、中太ちぢれ麺かな」と教えてくださいました。とっかりの師匠がつくる自家製麺で、大手製麺メーカーの方も、製麺所を見学に訪れるほどなのだとか！
もちっとした食べごたえのある麺で、食べていくうちに、スープと絡まっていくかんじでした。スープを吸いすぎないので、最後までおいしく麺を味わえます。これもオイシカッタなぁ。
久しぶりの醤油ラーメンを、旭川ラーメンとっかりさんで食べられてヨカッタと思いました。あの濃い色とまろやかな味のギャップが、とってもおいしかったんです。こうなると、塩ラーメンも気になるし、復刻の醤油ラーメンもやっぱり気になる。
シュッとしたお店の外観に、「ラーメンに詳しくないけど、いいかなぁ」と入るときは一瞬ドキドキしましたが、キュートな茨木童子くんの床マットのチョイスに、気さくな雰囲気を感じるお店。おいしくて楽しいランチでした！
