【読者から届いた「茨木の今」！＜その１＞－真砂の鈴のれん跡へ急げ～！】の記事でも書きましたが、たくさんの情報が茨木ジャーナルへ寄せられております！
「ほれほれ、早くアップしなさい！」と言うように・・・（笑）。皆さま、ありがとうございます。
前回に続き、読者からいただいている情報を紹介しまーす。
JR茨木駅は西でも動きあり～！
またまた【情報はココ】からです。
「ＪＲ茨木駅西口バスターミナルのバリアフリー化工事が始まるようです。
エキスポシティオープンにあわせて１０月１３日～１１月３０日まで。
基本的に夜間工事らしいが、そんな短期間で出来るのか？？」（ゆーみんさん）
ふむ。
これですね。
11月30日まで工事と書いてあります。
1ヶ月半でどれぐらいの規模の工事なんでしょうね～。
バス乗り場のところは、車道から段差がありましたが、そこはちょっとだけ、なだらかになりつつある様子。バリアフリー化だから、この段差がなくなるんでしょうか？
気になるのは、
ここですよね。
前は・・・なんだっけ（笑）？バス乗り場とタクシー乗り場とを分断するためのものがあったんでしたっけ？？
ん～、陸橋を使わないでバス乗り場へ渡れるようになるんでしょうか？
「阪急茨木市駅のようにロータリーを通らないようにすればいいのに。
あのままのルートで歩道があってもかなり命がけなんですけど・・・」
あぁ、なるほど！こっち側にバス乗り場ができたらいいのにってことですね。それなら、道路を渡らないで済むからいいかも～。
ゆーみんさんは、JR茨木駅周辺の一方通行の社会実験をあげて「あのルートになるんでしょうか？」と書いてくださっています。
うーん、どうなのでしょう。
今は、バスに乗るためには陸橋を使うしかないので、あの階段を使わずにバス停まで行けるようになると、お年寄りやベビーカーを使う方にはとても助かりますね。あのバス停への階段、ちょっとコワイしなぁ。陸橋は、高いところから街が見られるので個人的には好きですけど。

この花壇、知ってます？
何年も前の夏のことですが、ほぼ始発の電車に乗るために茨木駅へ行ったとき、タクシーの運転手さんが水やりをしていらっしゃいました。
この花壇、残ってほしいな～。

先日のコメント投稿後に、ＪＲ茨木駅西口街づくりのページを発見し、そこから茨木市のFBでのやりとりも拝見しました。
西口は駐停車できなくなるから東口のロータリーに回れって…ちょっと現実的でないのですが…
とっても疑問に感じる今回の工事、茨木市の方に問合せしてみようと思います。
ちなみに工事が開始してから、送迎の車がロータリーで待てなくなっているので、丹波屋前〜ブックランドとおのがあった辺りまで、エキスポロードが駐停車車両で一杯で、私の感覚的には、さらに道が混んでいます。

茨木市のフェイスブックに駅前の送迎に関しての回答があります。私もしたいのですが、登録していないので（＾＾：
どういうルートで一般車両が入るのか毎日観察しているのですが、新バス停付はバスが頭から突っ込んで停車するためバックしてからしか発車出来ないはずです。
その後ろを一般車両が通れる余地はないしかなり危険です。
ＪＲ茨木駅西口街づくりが発足したのですが、エキスポシティに合わせて（間に合いませんが）急きょ決まり、今回の工事は低予算で日数も１か月半で仮のバス停だと思います。普通なら東口のように大工事になってるはず。
どういうルートになるのか、質問してみてはいかがでしょうか？？

駅前広場の限られたスペースで、公共交通の利便性を向上させるためのレイアウトとなっておりますので、駅へのアクセスにつきましては、できる限り公共交通機関をご利用いただくか、東口の乗降スペースをご利用いただくなどご理解とご協力をお願いします。

でもこの西口の工事については眉間にシワよせながら読んでいます。
一般車両、入れないようになってしまうんでしょうか…
バリアフリー化は良いのですが、バスの便が悪い所に住んでいる者としては、駅まで家族を送り迎えするので、待機場所がないとめちゃめちゃ困るし、ましてやロータリーに進入できないと本当に困り果ててしまうのですが…
市の広報にもあまり詳しく載ってないので困り果ててます。
今日某市議の通信がポストに入っており、そこに完成図？が掲載されていたので添付してみます。
何度もすみません（＾＾；
今朝、自転車だったので
やよい軒の方から徒歩で駅まで行きました。
駅側の阪急バス乗り場になる場所ですが
２０日～一般車両が停めないようにと
パイロンと貼り紙がありました。
駅に対してバスが斜めに停められるように（フォーク型）
白い線で停留場を型どってましたよ。
バスは頭から突っ込んでいるため
バックをしないと出発出来ないし
レンタカー置き場をカットしない限り
狭いし危険なので一般車両は通れないように
なるんじゃないかなと思います。
タクシーと道路の境目に仮設のバス停らしいですね。
完成したらどうなるんでしょうね～。
バス停の段差はバリアフリー用ではなく、
タクシー待機場と工事中の近鉄バス停面積が増えたため
エキスポロード方面の道幅が狭くなり大型車が曲がれないから
現バス停を削ったのではないかと思います。

タクシーとの境目の工事の箇所は、
信号が出来、安全地帯があったかな？？
エキスポロード直進と右折が中途半端の道幅で、
駅側に停められない一般車両が
こちらに停める暗黙のスペースというか・・・
バス停から出発するバスにはかなり嫌われていたと思います。
得た情報では、１－３番乗り場は廃止だそうです。
現乗り場が、バス待機になるようで・・・
４番のみ現状維持で、エキスポシティ乗り場のようで
どうやらここだけ、バリアフリーじゃない模様。
乗車場所は
・レンタカー付近・・・阪急バス
・タクシーの待機場横・・・近鉄バス
・旧りそな・・・京阪バス、阪急茨木市駅方面
レンタカーから駅下自転車・原付駐輪場前の歩道は
途中、大きな柱もありかなり邪魔で（構造上仕方ないでしょうが）今でも狭いので行き交うのが大変です。
特に１番乗り場は今朝も見ましたが階段まで連なってます。
駅前の歩道を広げてもらわないと
朝はものすごいことになりそう。
イズミヤ前は、降車のままかな？
４番乗り場にある大きな樹木は伐採するようなので
（万博のシンボルの場所ですね）
そこを広くするなら駅ロータリーへは
一般車両は入れないようになるかも。
一般車両は、やよい軒付近やデイリーヤマザキで待機かな？
タクシー乗り場横から近鉄バスに乗車へは、
横断歩道が出来るとか・・・
それでも命がけになりそうですね（＾＾；
エキスポシティがオープンしたら長蛇の列になりそうですね。
弁天さんの花火があった時は、イオンへつながるデッキの
ホテルクレストいばらきまで並んでいたのを思い出します。
